Call and tell us water is coming in. We come out, get a tarp over the opening, and fasten it down so it holds through the next round of weather. That buys us the time to look at the whole roof properly and do the real repair in daylight.

Hail damage does not always look like damage from the driveway. It shows up as bruises in the shingle where the granules got knocked loose, dents in the soft metal on vents and gutters, and spatter marks on the flashing. Wind leaves a different signature — shingles creased at the fold, or lifted where the seal let go.
We get on the roof, photograph every one of those, and mark where they are. Then we measure the roof so the numbers on the claim match the house.
That record matters. A claim built on clear photos and real measurements is a claim your carrier can actually act on.
