Weslaco is the Mid-Valley, and it is a straight run east on Expressway 83 from our office at 415 North Sugar Road in Pharr. The town went up in 1919, about ten years after most of its neighbors, and you can still read that in the housing — a tight historic core along Texas Boulevard with decades of building spreading out from it.
